IS THERE A MINIMUM ORDER QUANTITY?

There is a minimum order of 1 bottle per color/label. 

 

CAN I HAVE MORE THAN 1 COLOR PER ORDER?

If you want to purchase more than one color, go right ahead! You will need to repeat steps 1-3 (see “Create”) and add each color to your shopping cart. 

 

CAN SOMEONE ELSE ORDER THE SAME NAME THAT I DO?

While the odds are unlikely, yes. Great minds think alike!

 

WHAT IF I CAN'T COME UP A WITH A NAME?

If you need help naming your polish, we would love to help! Just email us!

 

WHAT IF MY NAME IS LONGER THAN 24 CHARACTERS?

If your name is too long, email us directly and we will see if we can shrink the font size to fit the label. We will do everything we can to get you the exact nail polish you want!

 

WILL YOU BE ADDING NEW COLORS?

You bet! As the company grows, so will the color options.

 

CAN I BUY A GIFT A GIFT CERTIFICATE?

WHAT IF THE PRODUCT I WANT IS OUT OF STOCK?

If a product is out of stock, you will be immediately notified. Whenever possible, we will indicate when the item will be back in stock.

 

DO YOU OFFER GIFT WRAPPING?

Each bottle of Pretty Please comes in its own special box, highlighting the name and color of your nail polish.

 

IS PRETTY PLEASE SOLD IN RETAIL STORES?

There is a chance you will see Pretty Please on the shelves of a boutique or salon. These bottles were purchased and personalized by the retailer for resale.

 

ARE THERE ANY WORDS THAT CAN’T BE USED ON PRETTY PLEASE LABELS?

We are all for expressing yourself but let’s keep it classy. Please refrain from using profanity but feel free to abbreviate if need be.

(Alcohol Denat), Adipic Acid/Neopentyl Glycol/Trimellitic Anydride Copolymer, Trimethyl PentanylDiisobutyrate, Triphenyl, Phosphate, Acrylates Copolymer, Stearalkonium Hectorite, Silica, Diacetone Alcohol, Citric Acid, Benzophenone-1, Polyethylene Terephthalate.

 

Depending on the color of your polish it may contain:
